ONE Group Developers has always held that sustainable growth is tied to the welfare of the community around it. ONE Group Cares Foundation carries that belief out of the office and into classrooms, workers’ settlements and neighbourhoods, with a mandate that reaches across India.

ONE Group Cares Foundation is a company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, with its own board of directors and a registered office in Delhi.
- Every rupee we receive is applied only to our charitable objectives.
- No profit or dividend is ever paid to our members.
- Our accounts are examined by a qualified auditor every year.
- If we are ever wound up, any remaining assets pass to another non-profit with similar objectives.
Our Directors
The foundation is guided by a three-member board. Its founding directors also lead ONE Group Developers.
Sunil Kumar JainDirector · Chairman, ONE GroupAn all-India rank-holder Chartered Accountant, he has served as Chairman of ONE Group for 22 years, guiding it with financial expertise and long-term vision.
Udit JainDirector · ONE GroupAn MBA graduate of SP Jain Institute with 15 years of leadership experience, he has steered ONE Group towards transformative growth.
Apoorv JainDirector · ONE GroupA B.Tech graduate of Delhi College of Engineering, he brings innovation, design and technical depth to ONE Group's leadership.
