The quieter side of NCR
Bahadurgarh has been one of the quieter real estate stories of the Delhi NCR expansion, and that is precisely where the opportunity sits. The city lies at Haryana's western edge, bordered by Delhi's Najafgarh on one side and the KMP Expressway corridor on the other. For the past decade, most of the NCR residential demand flowed south toward Gurugram or east toward Noida. Bahadurgarh got the infrastructure — the KMP Expressway, the UER 2 alignment, and a Delhi Metro extension — without the corresponding price inflation. That window does not stay open indefinitely.
